Slow Or Intermittent Communications Using CSA

There are various possible reason on why your CSA is not communicating properly with your third party software and the solution for each varies as well. Here is a probably list of reasons.

If you configured the CSA and/or the third party software incorrectly, make sure the CSA and third partysoftware are set for the same baud rate and other settings.

If you are using auto-detect and Plug and Play functions, please note that auto-detect and Plug and Play functions do not work reliably with Bluetooth.

Make sure you manually enter the baud rate and other settings to match those of your local host device’s serial port.

If your hardware responds to standard AT commands, set up a test connection with Windows Hyper Terminal using the CSA

There may be an issue of dropped packets during the communication of the device from the receiver.

You should be able to achieve faster times and lowered latency by turning off sniff mode for the acceptor CSA.

Plug the acceptor CSA back in to your desktop and run the configuration utility. Go to the advanced tab and uncheck the box labeled "enable sniff mode" ok the settings and write the changes to the CSA and test again to see if that reduces the printing error that you are seeing.
