Compatibility information with CE.NET 4.0 and 4.1 builds [html]
If you are using or developing for a mobile computer that is running a Windows CE.NET operating system build of 4.0 or 4.1, the device will most likely be running a custom version of Windows CE created with CE.NET platform builder. This custom OS does not operate the same as the standard commercially released Windows 3.0 or Windows CE 4.2 operating systems.
Because of variations possible with these OEM Platform Builder versions of CE.NET, our standard software may not be compatible.
Two options are available to support Socket scanner products on your device:
First, attempt an install of our current software on your unit. If your build of CE.NET is not too far off from the standard OS design there is a chance the current driver will work.
