 The Socket Dual High-Speed serial port cards include Hi-Speed COM Tools and drivers that allow the cards to re-map lower baud rates to higher baud rates and the ability to quickly identify and change COM port assignments.

Only the following revision levels of the Dual High-Speed I/O cards are capable of High-Speed baud rates and are compatible with Windows 95OB, 98, 98SE, Me, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows CE PocketPC 2000, PocketPC 2002*, Windows CE HPC 2.11 and HPC2000 devices.
