Socket's single port Serial I/O cards include Hi-Speed COM Tools and drivers that allow the cards to re-map lower baud rates to higher baud rates and the ability to quickly identify and change COM port assignments.

Note 1: If you are having problems installing the High-Speed Serial Card in XP, click here.

Note 2: If you have installed the Serial software and are having problems communicating with your hardware, click here.

Only the following revision levels of the Serial I/O cards are compatible with the High-Speed Serial Drivers. To determine which version of the Dual I/O software drivers you should download, please find the part number and revision level of your card on the label on the back of the card.
